1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Monica Laser Lab, [legal entity, TIN — to be filled in], Massiv Buyuk Ipak Yo'li, uy 2, Tashkent, +998 90 013 90 00. This policy follows the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019.
2. What we collect
For a booking: name, phone number, chosen areas, date and time, confirmation channel, promo code, comment. Optional: email, Telegram account, birthday, reviews and photos. Health questions are discussed in person and are not collected on the website. Technical data: a hashed IP address for spam protection and cookies required for the site to work.
3. Why
To book, confirm, reschedule or cancel your visit and send reminders; to keep your course history; to publish reviews (only with separate consent, after moderation); to send free slots and offers (only if you opted in — unsubscribe in one click).
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the booking, review or subscription form. Marketing consent is separate and never required for booking.
5. Storage
[Owner decision required: Article 27¹ of the Law requires personal data of citizens of Uzbekistan to be stored in databases physically located in Uzbekistan and registered in the State Register.] Booking data is kept for the course and 3 years after the last visit; subscriber data until you unsubscribe.
6. Sharing
We never sell your data. Service providers (Telegram, email provider [TBD], hosting [TBD]) receive only what is needed to provide the service.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion and withdraw consent at any time via Telegram or +998 90 013 90 00. We reply within 10 business days.
